  Important Dates To Remember

✽ Dates / Appointment schedule for verification of Claims / Admission notice list will be provided only on the Vidyalaya’s website and the notice board within the Vidyalaya premises. Please note that NO OTHER communication in the form of a letter, e-mail, SMS or Telephonic Call will be used for intimation to any individuals.


✽ The Application Form for Admission, Duly completed, must be submitted online as per the given schedule. Other important dates to remember are mentioned below:

Pre- school Admission Application Form will be available from

4.00 PM on 27th December, 2017 to 4:00 PM on 17th January , 2018

Registration of the Application Form

Online payment done immediately after filling the Form.

Information regarding registered applicants under open seats will be uploaded on SPV website on

21st January, 2018 by 4.00 PM

Verification of documents/ claims for the shortlisted applicants will be done as per appointment schedule from

23rd January, 2018 to 31st January, 2018

First list for Pre- school admission will be published on the official website of the Vidyalaya and displayed on Vidyalaya’s Notice Board on

15th February, 2018 by 4.00 PM

Second list for Pre- school admission(if any) will be published on the official website of the Vidyalaya and Vidyalaya’s Notice Board on

28th February, 2018 by 4.00 PM

Admission will be closed for Pre- school for the academic year 2018-2019

31th March, 2018

  Application Process

Consists of the following Stages:

Stage 1: Filling-up Registration of Application Form online

✽After clicking on "Submit Form" Button, applicants have to pay Registration Fee an amount of Rs. 25. After that system will generate a Recipt along with Registration Form and will email the same to you.

Stage 2: Verification Process.
List of documents to be submitted at the time of verification.

✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria  : Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following two groups (This does now apply to single    parents who apply in the ‘Inclusive Education’) category  :

Group I : Passport / Voter ID( one from this group ).
Group II : Currently active utility bill for three months or a current Bank Statement giving address.(one document from this group)

✽ In case Alumnus, Board Mark sheet of class X/XII and proof of having studied in the Vidyalaya for a minimum of four years is required.
✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati and/or Sibling or 'Inclusive Education' category.
✽ Proof / supporting documents for any other claim(s) made in the Application Form. Kindly bring the original documents for verification and self-attested photocopies duly for submission.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction. For this, a specific date and time will be given to each applicant and no documents will be accepted by the Office /Staff after the appointed date and time.
✽ All claims including claims for Gujarati category and Residential Address are subject to independent verification.

Stage 4: Admission Process.
After verification, a final list of applicants who will be offered admission, will be displayed on SPV website and the School Notice Board.

✽ Fees and other Charges should be deposited at the Extension Counter of the Bank of Baroda in the Vidyalaya in cash or by Demand Draft payable to Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi.
✽ Parent would be required to open a "FEE ACCOUNT" at the Extension Counter of the Bank in the premises of the Vidyalaya to facilitate transfer of Fees and Charges.
✽ The Vidyalaya reserves the right to revise the FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.

  Instructions for filling the form

✽ Read all instruction carefully before filling the form.
✽ Incomplete/ incorrectly filled forms are liable to be rejected.
✽ Road distance from residence calculated as per Google Map to be entered.
✽ There are fields available as text fields, check boxes and drop down. In these fields, Please select the option as applicable to you.
✽ There are fields available as check boxes. In these fields, please place a tick mark against the option applicable to you.
✽ After, Filling the form, you are advise to go through the details once again and if all details are correctly filled, press the "Submit Form" button. If you wish to erase old information, click on the data and retype / reselect the correct information.
✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes to it.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
✽ After reading the procedure on this pages, Click on "I Accept" button to view the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
✽ Fill the form with required information. At the end of the form, there is a "Submit Form" button. Click on the button once only. It takes time for the computer to process the information. On pressing "Submit Form", the information you have provided shall be taken into the system. If any information is not provided by you, the system shall return the form to you, prompting you to fill in the same.
